House Rules & Notes
- No smoking. This includes vaping, cigars, cigarettes, and the like. An additional $500 cleaning fee per room will be assessed for anyone breaking this rule.
-
Respectful pets. We love our pets, but please be responsible for keeping our furry family members off the bedding and sofas and cleaning their paws. We will happily provide a pet blanket for your pet to sit on while snuggling… and it’s yours to keep! Pets are allowed only in Room 1 & Room 2.
-
Shoes off please. We’re in the woods and shoes can track in dirt and critters trying to sneak in. We’d really appreciate it if you could leave your shoes by the entryway in the common areas and individual bedrooms.
-
Quiet after 10pm. We share this corner of the world with long term residents and a hotel across the street. Sound travels easily, so please keep music and loud noises to a minimum. No parties or events without written permission.
- Hot Tub & Sauna waiver. The hot tub and sauna are provided for your enjoyment, but come with assumed risks. You are responsible for supervising any children under the age of 14, no eating or drinking in the hot tub or saunas, and agree to use at your own risk. Do not use if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, pregnant, or hypertensive.
- Fireplaces. You are responsible for reviewing our fireplace guide and safely management and monitoring any open flames.
- Septic System. Our plumbing system can only accept human waste and toilet paper. Please do not put anything else down the sink, drain, or toilet.
- Farm Animals. We encourage your to visit our goats, chickens, pigs and kittens. But please be respectful of our caretakers, Ernie and Colleen, and arrange a time with them to visit and feed the animals.
