Critical Property Reminders

Please acknowledge each item below.

Rental pickup and cleanup: All rentals and modifications must be removed and the property returned to its original condition by checkout time. If a rental company's schedule makes this impossible, Driftwood Lodge must be notified in advance. 10pm noise restriction: No outdoor amplified music or noise is permitted after 10pm. At 10pm, doors and windows must be closed and indoor sound must be reduced so that it is not audible outside the Barn or Lodge. No punctures: Nails, screws, staples, tacks or other fasteners that puncture or penetrate Driftwood Lodge surfaces are prohibited. Please use removable methods such as painter's tape, zip ties or removable adhesive hooks. Electrical equipment: Driftwood Lodge speakers and other electrical equipment must be brought indoors overnight. Driving and parking: Vehicles may only be driven or parked on paved, gravel or dirt roads. Driving or parking on grass, the side yard or the ocean meadow is prohibited. No open flames: Open fires, sparklers, fire lanterns and other open flames are prohibited anywhere on the property.
