Ft. Ross Lodge (Overflow Lodging Option)

A 3-minute walk down a coastal trail, Ft. Ross offers 16 oceanview guest rooms, a fitness room, and a coffee bar. It’s ideal for groups that need more space. Many hosts use both spaces to offer added privacy or VIP upgrades:

Main House HQ: Assign team leads, facilitators, or VIPs to the main house
Built-In Rewards: Offer upgraded rooms to top performers or loyal members
Quiet Recharge Zone: Give introverts or light sleepers space to reset

Driftwood Lodge

Full-property buyout required (2-night minimum).
The whole 5-Bedroom Lodge rental typically ranges from $850 to $3,600 per night, depending on season, group size, and availability.
Cleaning fee and occupancy taxes apply.
Use of the event barn 🏟️ is available for an additional flat rental fee and must be booked in advance.

For multi-day retreats and offsites:

Bookings 60+ days out may reserve with a 1-night deposit. 50% is due by 60 days prior; the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Deposits are refundable until 30 days out, minus credit card processing fees. Note: Weddings follow a different booking structure than retreats and offsites. Full Driftwood pricing is shared during the inquiry process to help you design the right setup for your group

Ft. Ross Lodge

Located just a 3-minute walk from Driftwood.
Room rates typically range from $270 to $385 per night, based on room type and season.
Ideal for larger groups needing more rooms or private accommodations beyond Driftwood.
Must be booked separately and subject to Fort Ross Lodge’s booking policies.
Elisa is happy to assist with general coordination, but reservations are made directly with their team.
